Mr Reynolds already had an extensive residential property portfolio located in the north of England, and approached ROC Invest to help diversify his assets by entering into the London residential property market. He was directly interested in schemes with strong capital growth and reasonable rental yields. After initial consultations, he decided to purchase a three bed, off-plan apartment in an area with excellent transport links. We assisted throughout the purchase, arranging for snagging at completion. Mr Reynolds was also interested in ensuring his asset was fully managed and maintained, which we were able to arrange also. His property was promptly let, and has since looked for further stock in the south to compliment his portfolio.
